Experimental, artificial wildlife. Once used to control levels of insects and pests in large agricultural sectors. What few remain have long since gone rogue, living in the ship graveyards and battlefields that litter this once thriving planet.

This was a personal piece that I started during lockdown last year and have been tweaking on and off whenever I get a spare moment. The bird was created entirely in Zbrush, rendered in Keyshot and completed in Photoshop.

I was in two minds about the final look of the bird. This look was as intended with the matte black and gold finish. However the rain drops added definitely work better with the lighter, glossy materials.
