This pleasure craft was designed as a way of traversing the waterways of this planet, where most land is below the surface of the water. Powered by a single engine that sends power to each of the four ports on the craft's spurs or legs, it is surprisingly light and maneuverable.

In fact the success of these craft resulted in military use in the planet wide revolt several years later.
